How long it takes for customer service reply to my message ?
  • Our customer service representative only available on Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm except Public Holidays.

  • Any message or email sent outside these hours will be replied day after weekend or Public Holiday.

Do i need to set up an account to place an order?

  • Accounts are optional but you will save tons of time from refilling order forms by creating one with us. Plus, we will keep you updated with future promotions, discounts, events and etc if you sign up with us.
Is my personal information kept private?
  • Yes! We do not disclose your information to other parties except for fulfilling your orders (name, address, email, etc). We will only provide these information which the courier company need to carry out their services.
How do i find out what information you have about me?

What payment methods does Minimalace accept?
  • We accept Ipay88, online banking, credit card and Paypal.
Can i change or amend my order once it has been placed?
  • Yes. Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.
  • However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

Where do you deliver?

  • Good news! We do ship worldwide! We offers shipping to almost anywhere in the world using Ninjavan for domestic address and Citylink Express for international shipping.
How long will it takes to process my order?
  • Once we received your payment, we will then go through the standard security procedure. Once everything is checked out, we will process your order and will send you shipping confirmation email.
  • All international purchases are final.
When will i received my parcel?
  • Peninsular Malaysia : RM8 (for weight below 1kg)
  • Sabah Sarawak : RM10 (for weight below 1kg)
  • For delivery within Malaysia,it usually takes up to 2-3 working days. We will only ship your item from Tuesday-Friday. Our boutique operation is closed every Monday.

How to track my order?

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to track your parcel.
  • You can check your tracking number at Ninjavan website within 24 hours. Please allow 24 hours for Ninjavan to updated your tracking number in their system.

I have received an incorrect item. What should i do?

  • We are very sorry for this. Contact us straight away for more details regarding return process.

  • Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product within 7 days of having received it. The item must be in its original condition,unworn,unused and unaltered.

  • You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be return unused.

I had picked the wrong size. can i return the item?

  • Unfortunately, due to some constraints, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All items with discounted price are final & non-exchangeable. Minimalace reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

  • Change of mind is not applicable.
