Do I need an account to buy from Minimalace?

Accounts are optional but you will save tons of time from refilling order forms by creating one with us. Plus, we will keep you updated with future promotions, discounts, events and etc if you sign up with us.

Do you give my personal information to other third parties?

No, we do not disclose your information to other parties except for fulfilling your orders (name, address, email, etc..). We will only provide these information which the courier company need to carry out their services.

How do I find out what information you have about me?

You have the right to receive a copy of the personal information that is held about you. You may request a copy of this information by contacting us.

What type of payment method do you offer?

At the moment, we only accept CIMB and MAYBANK bank transfer. Sorry for the inconvenience dearies, we will try to add more soon. You can either use CIMBclicks, Maybank2u or direct cash deposit.

How long will it takes to process my order?

You will be required to send us a proof of payment. It must clearly shows details such as date, total amount, our account number and etc. We will cancel your order if you fail to make the payment within 3 days of placing the order.

Once we received your payment and proof payment, we will then go through the standard security procedure. Once everything is checked out, we will process your order and will send you shipping confirmation email.

*ALL INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES ARE FINAL.

 

When will i receive my item?

It varies according to where you live. It usually takes up to 2-3 days. For more information you can visit Poslaju Malaysia website. We will only ship your items from Tuesday - Friday.

*For orders shipped outside of Malaysia, please contact your local customs authorities to find out about any extra fees and detailed information. We are not responsible for any extra customs and/or brokerage fees, or delays in shipping caused by the customs authorities.

 

I have received an incorrect item?

We are very sorry for this. Contact us straight away for more details regarding return process.

Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product within 10 days of having received it. The item must be in its original condition. 

You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be return unused.

We do not offer refund for the return item, however, we will offer store credit for you to shop in our store.

Only regular priced item will be eligible for a return (sale item is excluded). Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Send the package with the tracking number so that it can be traced (we recommend using PosLaju).

*We will only accept valid reasons in the case of return or refund of items. 

 

I had picked the wrong size. Can i return the item?

Yes, you may return the item within 3 days of having received it. The item must be in its original condition and unused.
