How does store pickup work?
  • Select your item and add the item to your cart.
  • When checkout, choose the "pick up" option and place your order.
  • We'll send you a "ready for pick up" confirmation email when your order is ready.
  • Pickup your order in our store. Please bring and show your "ready for pick up" confirmation email.
When can i get my order?
  • Available from Monday - Friday, excluding Public Holidays. From 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM.
 When will my order be ready for pick up?
  • Generally, orders can be ready for pick up after 4 hours you've placed the order.
  • Before visiting us, wait until you receive your "ready for pick up" confirmation email from us.
How long will the store hold my orders?
  • Your orders should be picked up no later than 2 days from the date of your order. If we don't hear from you after 2 days, we'll contact and ship your order to the billing address used during checkout.

The important thing to note is that we will not entertain any pickup if you still haven't receive pick up confirmation email from us.
