EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY
WHAT IS OUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ?
Here are some of the procedures must be followed. We only accept exchanges. No refund is allowed.
- Contact our Customer Consultant at minimalace1@gmail.com or +603-78321264 straight away for more details regarding the return process.
- Strictly NO EXCHANGE / REFUND for Raya Collection due to peak season (Ramadan). We will only entertain exchange request and will be checked by our staff to avoid any faulty made by the customer.
- Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product within 7 days ONLY of having received it. However, it will be subjected to T&C. Exchanging requests after 7 days will not be entertained.
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, unaltered, and free of damages by customers.
- You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused.
- Item must be returned with tags still attached and must be in the original packaging complete with the original receipt/invoice.
- Please note that the exchange of items is subject to store availability and we are only able to offer size, colour/design availability with the same price tag or higher with added payment. If the price of the item that you are exchanging is lower than the item that you purchased, we will not be issuing any refund to match your purchased item's price.
Items that are not available for return or exchange :
- Accessories such as brooch(es), mask(s), paper bag(s), tote bag(s), box(es) and such are not returnable.
- Pre-order item(s).
- Sale items OR reduced price items do not qualify for any exchanging, returns nor refunds. All sale/discount/reduced items are final.
- Damaged, washed, altered, and worn item(s) are not returnable by any chance.
- Please do note that any order purchased from Personal Shopper is not under Minimalace's responsibility.
REFUND :
Full refund will only be available under certain conditions (minus shipping fees, as applicable) ;
- Customer received parcel with a missing item/faulty item.
- Item ordered is out of stock.
- It will take a maximum from 5 to 14 working days to process.
- Refunds will be in the form of store credit. Only certain conditions will be refund in full.
The important thing to note is that we will not entertain any exchange/refund at the boutique if you order online.
